MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The shaping of the metallic wire bases on the following general process:
Starting form a coil round or square wire diameter between 2 mm and 12 mm (steel or stainless steel), the material is being shaped according to the complexity of the product to achieve :
- In 3 dimensions on CNC (CNC Machines)
- Traditional machines with stamping, welding and assembly operations.
